Asian Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F

    Place the brussels sprouts in a baking dish

    Toss them with the oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and crushed red peppers

    Arrange the seasoned brussels sprouts cut side down, in a single layer on the baking dish

  5. 5

    Roast them until browned and caramelized for about 30 minutes

    Top with sesame seeds and serve.
