1 lb. Brussels sprouts halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Step 1)Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F
Step 2)Place the brussels sprouts in a baking dish
Step 3)Toss them with the oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and crushed red peppers
Step 4)Arrange the seasoned brussels sprouts cut side down, in a single layer on the baking dish
Step 5)Roast them until browned and caramelized for about 30 minutes
Step 6)Top with sesame seeds and serve.
