Mississippi Po Boy

Ingredients

  • 1lb stew meat
  • 1/2 c water
  • ½ (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini
  • ½ (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini juice
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 (0.4 oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • Hogie buns

Directions

    Put stew meat in crock pot

  2. 2

    Dump gravy and ranch packets on top of meat

  3. 3

    Add water

  4. 4

    Add peppers and juice

  5. 5

    Place butter on top of stew meat

  6. 6

    Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8

  7. 7

    Shred meat

  8. 8

    Put your meat on a hogie with cheese and more pepperoncinis
