Ingredients

1lb stew meat

1/2 c water

½ (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini

½ (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini juice

½ stick butter

1 (1 ounce) packet au jus gravy mix

1 (0.4 oz) package ranch dressing mix

Hogie buns

Directions

Step 1)Put stew meat in crock pot

Step 2)Dump gravy and ranch packets on top of meat

Step 3)Add water

Step 4)Add peppers and juice

Step 5)Place butter on top of stew meat

Step 6)Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8

Step 7)Shred meat

Step 8)Put your meat on a hogie with cheese and more pepperoncinis
